GENERAL TERMS

1. Guaranteed bookings

All reservations for which immediate payment has been made by credit or debit card, through our website reservation system, in EURO, or by bank transfer, and which have been confirmed in writing by Danai Maisonetti Ofrinio via email from info@danai- ofriniou.com are guaranteed.

In case of incorrect credit or debit card details or insufficient availability, the reservation is invalid!

Guests will be accommodated according to the room indicated in the reservation, according to the capacity and the available free ones.

2. Types of reservations according to the size of the prepaid amount

2.1 Standard booking with deposit
A deposit of at least 20% of the total due amount is required for absolutely every reservation. The rest of the amount due is paid on site, at the time of check-in, to avoid misunderstandings such as insufficient availability, credit card limits, etc. Each deposit applies to a specific room.

2.2 Booking with full payment of the amount due - 100% payment.

3. Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation or change of reservation is requested by the customer in writing to the email address: info@danai-ofriniou.com

3.1 In case of cancellation or change for reservations with a prepaid amount of 20% of the total due amount, the prepaid amount is not refunded!

3.2.1 If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the check-in date by a customer who has paid the full amount of the reservation, 90% will be refunded.

3.2.2 In the case of cancellation of a reservation less than 30 days before the date of the customer's check-in, no refunds will be made.

3. Check-in and check-out.
Check-in is possible after 3:00 p.m., and vacating the used room is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. In case of late arrival after 18.00, please make sure to inform us.

Your wish for an earlier check-in or a late check-out can be accommodated if possible, only after prior clarification with us and against additional payment of the relevant fee. To extend the stay until 4:00 p.m., the fee is 40 EURO, and for check-out after 4:00 p.m. – the full night price of the room.

Each reservation is valid until 00:00 on the start date of the stay. If you arrive after 00:00 of the start date of the reservation, you will lose both the reservation and the deposit. Each reservation is individual and is billed or canceled as such when booking more than one room.

Upon check-in, it is necessary to provide your identity card or international passport in order to be registered as a guest of Danai Maisonetti Ofrinio. The personal data we use is according to the definitions described in Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament.

In case of departure earlier than the end date of the reservation, no refunds will be given to the guest.

Additional guests (over the maximum declared capacity of the room) can be accommodated, but not more than 1 and after prior request to Danai Maisonette Ofrinio. The price of additional accommodation is €30 per night.
A baby bed is available upon prior request (subject to availability) and free of charge.

Maisonettes are cleaned every 4 days from 09:00 to 17:00. Bed linen is changed every 4 days.

Danai Maisonetti Ofrinio is not responsible for money, valuables and lost belongings.

Smoking in the indoor areas of the maisonettes is absolutely prohibited. The fine for violation is 200 EURO.

Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed.

It is prohibited to bring outsiders who are not registered guests for overnight stays.

The guests of Danai Maisonette Ofrinio grant the right to be video recorded in the territory of the common areas, in order to observe the security of all our customers.

Danai Maisonettes Ofrinio has private, free parking that does not require prior reservation, but is within walking distance of one vehicle per maisonette. Danai Maisonetti Ofrinio is not responsible for damage caused to cars in the parking area, but if possible will help to resolve the incident.

Each guest is personally responsible for material damage caused by him. Danai Maisonetti Ofrinio reserves the right to charge the guest's account a damage fee.

Please be quiet during the recreation hours from 15:00 - 17:00 and from 23:00 - 08:00
