The easiest way to get to the sunny destination is through the Kulata checkpoint. From there, take the Seres ring road and keep in the direction of Drama, then stop for Amphipoli. Once you reach the Thessaloniki - Kavala highway, take the direction of Kavala and at the first turn on the right you will reach Paralia Ofrinio.
Paralia Ofrinio (or Tuzla) is a tourist village located on Orfano Bay (Strum Bay), Kavala Region. It is one of the closest beach resorts to Sofia - 290 km.
Although it offers wonderful conditions for tourists, the village is not too busy and is an ideal option for a peaceful holiday. Ofrinio Beach is long and wide and famous for its large children's center - a cafe with an inflatable water slide, hammocks, trampolines and special chairs for children.
The sea coast is mixed - sandy and stony, but clean, and the beach is huge and not overcrowded. Umbrellas and deckchairs are placed in front of the romantic cafes along the beach promenade. There are also more remote and unguarded ones that offer tranquility, unspoiled nature, far from mundane life.
The beach is 17 kilometers long. The same beach has a harbor where you can anchor your vessel, and if you don't have one, you can buy the freshest and most delicious sea fish just caught there.
In the town you will find nice places to have dinner, drink a cold frappe or have fun. From the terraces of the waterfront taverns you can enjoy the bay while you wait for the waiter to bring you the huge portions of squid and octopus.
For bohemians there are also nightclubs and cocktail bars. The amusement park and children's corners are a great place to entertain the little ones.

It occupies the Athos arm of the Halkidiki peninsula and is one of the most significant places for the Eastern Orthodox Church and Orthodox monasticism, with a rich cultural and historical heritage.
30 kilometers from Paralia Ofrinio is the Alistrati Cave - one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Greece, known for its bizarre rock formations, stalactites and stalactons.
